This study addresses the need for effective faculty development programs by examining faculty perceptions of their impact on teaching quality, a critical aspect of medical education. This research investigates the effectiveness of a faculty development program at a private medical school in the Southeast United States in addressing this gap. Learning Objectives 1. Understand the importance of faculty development programs in medical education. 2. Identify the key features and impact of an effective faculty development program. 3.
